Terry Bolar knows what it means to be an athlete. He played for the New York Jets and San Diego Chargers before transitioning into a career as an NFL agent in 1992 — a path that would define the next three decades of his life.
As an agent, Terry represented approximately two first-round draft picks a year and was ranked among the top-10 minority agents for the 2001 NFL Draft. He built his reputation on trust, preparation and an unwavering commitment to the players he served.
